City Electric Vehicle
Focused on the R&D of compact, high-performance electric vehicles (both high-speed and low-speed), we have launched a variety of products including 2-door mini-cars and 5-door mini-cars. These vehicles are well-suited for urban congested road conditions, effectively reducing carbon emissions and providing eco-friendly, convenient solutions for urban travel. Additionally, they can be integrated with urban transportation operation needs to offer comprehensive operational plans. Their performance meets the requirements of domestic and international markets under various complex road conditions.
Light Commercial Vehicle
Covering two categories of light commercial vehicles: fuel-powered and new energy. Fuel-powered models are equipped with 1.2L and 1.6L gasoline engines, as well as 1.8L diesel engines (complying with Euro IV to Euro VI emission standards); new energy models are fitted with advanced long-range batteries. The product range includes mini trucks, small trucks, light trucks, and van-type trucks. Relying on the group’s efficient production capabilities (such as stamping and welding) and standardized processes, we ensure stable product quality to meet usage demands in diverse environments.
Special Vehicle
Possessing qualifications for R&D and production of special-purpose vehicles, our products adapt to different load requirements, covering types such as refrigerated trucks, dump trucks, and sprinkler trucks, and can be custom-designed for specific operating scenarios. They are compatible with engines from brands like Isuzu and Cummins, with a non-load-bearing body structure. Some models are equipped with front non-independent suspension and rear dual-tire/single-tire configurations, enabling them to meet the demands of complex operating environments. They have passed tests under high-temperature, high-altitude, high-humidity, and extremely cold conditions.
Customized Vehicle
With customization services at its core, we provide full-value-chain solutions from customer demand to product delivery, covering the entire process of planning, R&D, trial production, and manufacturing. We offer styling design services such as renderings and CAS model production, as well as component design for vehicle bodies, interiors, and exteriors. Meanwhile, we provide manufacturing feasibility analysis services including stamping process design and mold debugging. The full development cycle is 6 months, with sample vehicles delivered within 3 months, striving to become an expert in full-life-cycle automotive services.
Auto Body Parts
Specializing in the R&D, production, and supply of lightweight stamped and welded body parts and automotive lamps, our products feature durability and corrosion resistance, while achieving an excellent integration of structural integrity and automotive design. We operate 13 stamping production lines and 27 welding production lines. The production process adopts technologies such as 3D digital modeling and CAE analysis, and strictly adheres to quality management system standards including IATF16949 and ISO9001. We provide supporting services for numerous automakers and also have the capability to customize carbon fiber products.
