Our Complete vehicle and special vehicle division covers an area of 20000m², of which the material preparation workshop covers an area of 5000m², the painting workshop covers an area of 5000m², and the assembly workshop covers an area of 10000m². It has more than 150 sets of various manufacturing equipment for blanking, welding, painting and assembly. With all kinds of complete vehicle and special vehicle design and manufacturing capabilities, the annual output of the complete vehicle can reach more than 20,000 units per year, and the annual output of the special vehicle can reach more than 10,000 units per year, which can meet the needs of customers' orders with quality and quantity on time.
Stamping is a key process in auto manufacturing. Playing a key role, our stamping workshop undertakes the stamping tasks of over 100 types of large, medium, and small stamped parts. Currently, our stamping workshop runs with the support of over 160 employees in an area of approximately 46,000 square meters. The nine production lines including 2400T, 2000T, 1600T each one and 59 large stamping presses enable the workshop to finish 53 million stamping per year. Besides, the Four automatic stamping lines including 2 each of 2000T and 800T and 14 large stamping presses can finish 46 million stamping per year.
Our welding workshops play a key role in our manufacturing process, where various auto parts are welded and assembled according to design specifications. Currently, we operate a welding workshop in our headquarters, Huangdao, and Jinzhong respectively. Together, these workshops cover an area of approximately 41,000 square meters and have over 180 employees. They are equipped with 27 suspension welding production lines, 12 stud welding machines, and 152 welding robots, with an annual production capacity of 400,000 sets.
Our mode center, covering an area of approximately 33,000 square meters and staffed with 120-plus employees.We are committed to stamping mold design, processing and mold maintenance and design changes and other supporting services, equipped with a full range of high-precision processing and testing equipments, there are 12 large and medium-sized CNC machining centers, over 60 sets of various mechanical processing equipment, and 4 Hexagon three-coordinate measuring machines. The center designs and manufactures over 1000 sets of molds annually, achieving a production value of nearly CNY 150 million.
Our injection molding workshop covers an area of approximately 12,000 square meters and currently has over 40 employees. The workshop is equipped with 50 injection molding machines, 25 pick-and-place mechanical arms, and four pick-and-place robots, with its operations supported by the Xiaozhuge MES system for injection molding production management. Our plating workshop, covering an area of approximately 8,000 square meters and staffed with over 30 employees, is equipped with six fully automated UV lines, two fully automated anti-fog line, six paint robots, and six vacuum aluminum plating machines. Our assembly workshop, covering an area of approximately 12,000 square meters and staffed with over 120 employees, is equipped with twenty headlight assembly lines, ten taillight assembly lines, and four fog light assembly lines. It can produce 600,000 and 100,000 sets of headlights and taillights per year, respectively. The total production capacity of headlights can reach 3 million sets per year.
