Our Quality Department currently runs with a team of over 70 quality inspection personnel, all having received professional technical training. This team includes four internationally certified quality engineers, and two senior quality engineers. Each member of the department possesses over 5 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry and is proficient in the application of the five major tools. In this way, the department well supports the company to efficiently operate the quality system and make continuous quality supervision and improvement.

Our company has established 7 functional testing areas for new energy micro vehicles, including vibration, environmental, electronic, photometric, waterproofing, high-temperature, and salt spray tests. Additionally, it is equipped with over 60 sets of integrated testing and measurement devices for product measurement, performance testing, and chemical analysis. The laboratory is staffed with a complete team of professionals dedicated to exploring innovative applications of new technologies. We can tailor high-end products to meet the specific needs of our customers.
Our “Quality Testing Certer estabished in accordance with the CNAS-CLO1 standard is equipped with testing equipment for new energy micro vehicles, allowing us to operate a combined self-inspection and national mandatory inspection model. By doing so, we can ensure that our vehicles met national standards and regulatory requirements.
