Classic car body assembly
We focus on the global classic car body assembly restoration project, providing a full-dimensional solution for antique car collectors and vintage culture lovers. Relying on the German KBA certified restoration process and digital reverse engineering technology, the body aesthetics and structural essence of classic models from the golden age of 1930-1980 are completely reproduced.
Customized car body design and assembly
We can provide both innovative and engineering feasible body system solutions according to customer needs, after technical feasibility analysis, through digital design and prototype development and other trial products, after customer confirmation for mass production. From concept sketch to mass production, we built a digital intelligent manufacturing ecology covering the whole life cycle of body development.
Electric microcar design and manufacture
We build the development capability of the whole industry chain from concept design to compliance certification, based on the modular intelligent architecture platform, to realize the all-domain forward research and development of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and special operation vehicles. It holds the special vehicle production qualification approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, covering new energy sanitation, emergency rescue, medical rescue and other vertical fields, and has a rapid response system for developing new models every year.
Special vehicle’s cabin & cargo body manufacture
We can customize the development of the cabin and cargo body of the special vehicle according to the functional and performance requirements of the customer. Through the modular development platform and flexible manufacturing system, we ensure that each platform equipment and chassis achieve millimeter-level accurate matching. From function definition to delivery operation and maintenance, we create a full value chain service system for special vehicle modification.
Spare parts supply
We have established a closed-loop component development system, spanning from reverse engineering to forward development, covering exterior cover parts, functional lighting systems, structural sub-assemblies, and other vehicle body components. Leveraging digital twin technology, we have built a flexible development platform that enables dual-track capabilities: a 72-hour rapid prototyping response for classic car replica parts and forward development of innovative components for new energy vehicles.
